So this is where I’m going to throw in the towel today for the still-unexplained Nicki Minaj drawing I told myself I was going to do. I’m still not happy with the resemblance and a few areas of it really bug me, but my fingers are all arthritic feeling from holding the pen so tight. Tablet users, amiright? But I usually really tighten things up before I move on to coloring.
Speaking of coloring. Any suggestions on how I should go at it? The whole heavily-borrowing-Kagan-Mcleod’s-style worked pretty well for the Party down thingy I did last week. But this week I’m really into Phil Noto and kinda wanna try my hand at sort of recreating his style.
Any ideas?
