21 year old aspiring artist in NYC who hates website bios
Switching from Wacom to Monoprice has proven to be pretty difficult but I’m starting to “get it” I think.
It feels more like a pen than the wacom. Like, something about the sensitivity makes the lines feel more ink-like, which is nice.
(This is my first real sketch using said monoprice tablet, It’s still difficult to use for me)

Dang, just missed the deadline! Anywho, I’d forgotten about the story war contest so like 2 hours ago I just started throwing together this bust of the witch. I had much bigger plans for it but there it is! Yeah!

i’ll let you know if I take this any further than a 10 minute scribble but I want you to know that I think about Christina Hendricks as Blanche in “Drive” a lot.
I’m using my scanner for something unrelated to these things but I never scan anything look at these new/old things!!

If you’ve followed me long enough you’ll know that the nose is my favorite part of the face/thing to draw. So here’s an eye study ‘cuz I feel like I skip the windows to the soul a little too often in my doodles.
Arguably fun-fact: the model for this eye was Liam Hemsworth
